Drip Drip uses USPS as our primary shipping provider, during checkout you will need to enter your shipping address and this will provide the accurate cost of shipping and taxes based on your shipping and billing locations. In the rare chance we need to use a different shipping provider a customer service representative from Drip Drip will contact you by email and let you know all the needed information. The estimated delivery window is 3-5 business days once dropped off at the USPS facility, we ship orders daily and once a label is created and your package is dropped off your order will be marked as fulfilled and  you will receive the appropriate tracking information via email. All claims for lost packages will be investigated by our customer service team and reserve the right to use tracking information as well as any information relayed by the shipping company to determine the location of the package. Any and all false claims can subject to fines and being banned from ordering from Drip Drip in the future.
