Drip Drip has the following policies regarding our warranty policies and reserves the right to change them at any time. All policy updated can be found on our website www.dripdripok.com. For all warranty claims email info@dripdripok.com.
Custom Items: All custom ordered items carry a two year warranty, this includes damages such as chipped or lost stones, damaged settings, chain breaks, etc.. Warranty does not cover intentional damaged items, lost or stolen merchandise or items sold by Drip Drip LLC. Warranty does not cover shipping cost for warranty claims the buyer is to pay for all shipping cost associated with the claim.
Premade Items: All premade items carry a 90 day warranty, this includes damages such as chipped or lost stones, damaged settings, chain breaks, etc.. Warranty does not cover intentional damaged items, lost or stolen merchandise or items sold by Drip Drip LLC. Warranty does not cover shipping cost for warranty claims the buyer is to pay for all shipping cost associated with the claim.
